You must be a minimum of 18 years old to use our services.

Payment for services is required prior to appointment confirmation. Payment information will be sent in an email at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made with 48 hours notice and full refund will be made. After the 48 hours, a refund may not be offered. 

Refunds will be made within 3-5 working days and will be made via bank transfer to the account the payment was made from.

Our liability is limited as outlined in these terms.
